We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@amassart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, you need to send us pictures made in the moment of discovery, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We confirm the validity of the return within 2 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders or personalized items. We do not accept returns for damages caused by improper hanging/ setting of the product, or any similar issues. Please reach our team if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges are made when a product arrives damaged. As previously described, you should contact us immediately with the proofs required. After we confirm the validity of the exchange/ return, we will send you exact instructions for the execution of the return (shipping method, delivery company, payment details, etc.) Once the return is successfully completed, a new purchase on our account will be made in order to be sent again. Exchanges exclude the option of refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
